A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
I am Suzette Marais Nel, an entrepreneur, specialist wellness practitioner, and lifestyle coach. I am also an NBI brain practitioner and have had the privilege of training thousands of women and models (both male and female) over the past 25 years. As an author and well-known public figure in my industry, I hold a degree in M.Soc and have received two entrepreneurial awards. I am extremely passionate about life, holistic health, well-being, and am a dedicated advocate for CPR. I am also a proud cardiac arrest survivor, which has deeply shaped my work and mission in empowering others.
